Ingredients
approx 350g minced beef
3 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
pinch of salt, dash of black pepper and sprinkle of salt
Method
1. Season the beef with all the seasoning. Shape into oblong (or any shape you prefer).
2. Place on baking tray. I can't find baking paper in the supermarkets here. Found this useful method for baking without the meat sticking to the tray after baking - Spread lemon juice over the whole tray. Place the meat and bake as per normal. The juice won't affect the taste of the meat and it's easier to wash the tray as well.
3. Bake at preheated oven 200 deg C, for 10 minutes. (I switched off the oven but left the meat in the oven for an additional 2 minutes to make sure that they're fully cooked.)
4. Heat the ready made satay sauce (I added a little bit of water) in the microwave oven and serve with the beef.
