Made the kids knead the dough and hoping that they'll eat their own 'hard work' during dinner. The kids started with much enthusiasm and this wore off after less than 10 minutes into kneading the dough. I had to take over and finish kneading.
When it was time to eat their 'noodles', Didi ate more than Meimei. Meimei said she doesn't like it though she loves the ban mian in Singapore.
The recipe (from here) states to use 300g of all purpose flour, I ended up using much more. I had to add flour continuously because the dough was just too sticky to work with.
Ingredients
300g all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
160ml water (2/3 cup)
